Frequently Asked Questions Love Stacks Pancake Catering
What is included in the pancake experience? Our signature Love Stacks experience includes freshly made heart-shaped mini pancakes cooked live on-site, your choice of drizzles, fresh fruit, toppings, and our beautiful signature setup which includes pink or gold stanchions, flowers, customized spork toppers and a 8x10 photo frame, custom made to showcase your event to all your celebrants!
How many guests can you serve?
We cater intimate gatherings and large events. Whether you’re hosting 50 guests or several hundred, we’ll customize a package that’s perfect for your event.
How long is service? Our standard service is up to 2 hours. Service begins at the scheduled start time and runs continuously until the LAST GUEST is served. (For example if the guest count is 50 and you want us to serve at 9:00pm we turn on our pancake light and begin, we end when the 50th guest is served. Please make sure that when you want us to begin all of your guests are ready to go. This helps have a more efficient serving time and gets all your guests fed hot and fresh Love Stacks!
Do guests order fresh? Yes! Every serving is made fresh to order right in front of your guests.
What events do you cater?
Birthday parties, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, corporate events, employee appreciation, school events, grand openings, holiday parties, private markets(we are selective), divorce parties and much much more. We celebrate EVERYTHING with you!
Do you travel?
Yes! We happily travel throughout the El Paso area. A travel fee may apply for locations more than 30 miles away. We are located FAR EAST.
What do I need to provide?
Just the space and accessible outlets! We normally prefer two different outlets NOT on the same wall. We normally ask for about 8-10 feet of space. We’ll bring everything needed for service. If your event is outdoors, access to electricity is appreciated when available if not PLEASE let us know we do have several generators to accommodate your guest size!
Can you accommodate late-arriving guests?
Yes! We can discuss pre-made options for guests arriving later and given to the host. Please try your best to stay in communication with us about this because, we at times have several parties we are doing that same day.
Do you offer to-go boxes?
Yes! Our signature Love Stacks boxes are available for pickup and special orders. Dm us!
AVOways Love You Toast Bar What comes with the toast bar?
Fresh artisan toast prepared on-site with creamy avocado and a variety of premium toppings from our FIXED menu. We also offer sweet toast options like Nutella and fruit.
Are the eggs cooked fresh?
Yes! We can prepare fresh over-easy eggs on-site or offer sliced hard-boiled eggs, depending on your event.
Can guests customize their toast? Absolutely! Guests choose their favorite toast from our Fixed menu and customize it with available toppings.
Do you offer sweet options?
Yes! We offer Nutella and fresh fruit toast options with a drizzle of honey for guests who prefer something sweet.
Is the toast bar good for corporate events?
Definitely! Employee appreciation lunches, office brunches, networking events, and team celebrations are some of our favorite events.
Can I order toast boxes instead of catering?
Yes! We offer customizable avocado toast boxes based on our fixed menu. We can customize all of the eggs to your preference.
Booking & Policies
How do I reserve my date?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. When is the remaining balance due? The remaining balance is due before your event. We love for you to be stress free that day. A receipt can be provided and sent to you or given to you the day of event if you prefer.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Square, Zelle, Cash App, and major credit cards. We can also send you an invoice if you prefer.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Popular weekends and holidays fill quickly.
Can you customize the setup to match my event?
Yes! Ofcourse! We love creating setups that complement your event’s colors and aesthetic whenever possible. We can also dye your Love Stacks! Just let us know!
How do I get a quote?
